FINE Total Knee System

-Reproducing Anatomic Geometry-

The FINE Knee focuses on the bone morphology and lifestyle of Japanese patients; it is designed to reconstruct their physiological joint surface and allow natural kinematics.
The first model of FINE Knee was launched in 1994; thereafter, an advanced anatomical design was launched in 2001.

  • The prosthesis design of the joint line includes a 3-degree step.
  • The F-T joint surface has an asymmetric design with a medial condyle larger than the lateral condyle by 3 degrees.
  • The tibial insert called BLEND-E is made of UHMWPE, blended with the antioxidant vitamin E.
  • It has been used in more than 24,500 cases nationwide as of December 2022.

FUTURE KNEE

-For Asian, By Asian-

We developed a knee prosthesis specifically for Asian patients, based on the measurement results obtained from an international project* supported by NEDO. Knee prosthesis specific to Asian patients has the following characteristics:

  • It is best suited to Asian people and their lifestyles.
  • It involves the reconstruction of anatomical joint surface geometry on Asian bone morphologies.
  • It helps in regaining a natural knee motion to achieve excellent knee function, especially when sitting on the floor with deep knee flexion.
  • The tibial insert called BLEND-E is made of UHMWPE, blended with the antioxidant vitamin E.
  • * The project “Cooperative Research and Development Project on Knee Joint Prostheses and a Three-dimensional Surgery Support System in Thailand” - An International Project Supported by NEDO
    In collaboration with NEDO and Thailand National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), an international project was conducted to develop the knee products. The FUTURE knee was developed through this project and is now being clinically used in Japan.

UNIVERSIA Stem

-Full Hydroxyapatite(HA)-Coated Stem-

UNIVERSIA is an HA-coated stem.
It was designed to conform to Japanese bone morphology and to deliver greater operative flexibility for minimally invasive approaches.
As the design considers a proportional increase between the size of the stem and its length, the surgeon can confidently select the optimal size.

GS Taper stem

-Tapered Wedge Cementless Stem with a 3D Porous Structure-

GS Taper is a taper wedge-type stem with a porous structure constructed via 3D additive manufacturing techniques. In the early stages of implantation, it is expected to undergo a physical bone fusion with micro-spikes. Thereafter, bone growth into the complex 3D interconnected porous structure is expected.

GS Cup

-Acetabular Shell with a 3D Porous Structure-

GS Cup is an acetabular shell with a porous structure constructed via 3D additive manufacturing techniques. In the early stages of implantation, it is expected to undergo a physical bone fusion with micro-spikes. Thereafter, bone growth into the complex 3D interconnected porous structure is expected.
The polyethylene liner called BLEND-E XL is made of cross-linked UHMWPE, blended with the antioxidant vitamin E.

Anasta Cup

-Acetabular Shell with an HA Porous Coating-

Anasta Cup is an HA-coated acetabular shell.
The initial physical fixation is achieved by the porous structure of titanium spraying.
In addition, HA coating, which is the main inorganic component of the bone, promotes bone on-growth to the cup surface.
The polyethylene liner called BLEND-E XL is made of cross-linked UHMWPE, blended with the antioxidant vitamin E.

The Saccura Spinal System is the company’s flagship model that was developed by Japanese surgeons, engineers, and manufacturers working in unison to establish a safe spinal system, using high-accuracy processing technology.

MANIP stick

The MANIP stick is an innovative counter-torque device; it not only enables the completion of a minimally invasive spine surgery, but also helps with performing a corrective manipulation and final tightening in a single step, when connected with the original Quick Compressor.

User Friendly

The short tab head of the Saccura Spinal System not only reduces the interference between tabs, but also makes the surgical instrument more compact; this allows for easier handling of a smaller and lighter instrument set. The system is designed to be user friendly for various stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and distributors.

UNIOS PL Spacer

-Innovative microstructure by 3D printers-

Focusing on the Orientation of the Bone

The UNIOS PL Spacer was developed with a focus on the collagen/apatite orientation of bone structure to achieve high quality bone fusion. This is achieved through an innovative microstructure: the Honeycomb Tree Structure (HTS).

HTS

As the HTS guides the regenerated bone matrix orientation of collagen/apatite, excellent bone fusion can be expected in the early stages of implantation without the use of autogenous bone filling in the spacer.

Accurio Deformity Correction System

-Guide and Plate system to correct malunion for upper limbs-

3D preoperative simulation technology enables the surgeon to conduct 3D corrections in advance, which was previously difficult. It also allows the surgeon to reconstruct the preoperative plan accurately using cutting guides and plates designed specifically for each patient.
