When TNC outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to a third-party, TNC will conduct a rigorous investigation of the third-party, and will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the third-party to ensure the safe management of the personal information entrusted to the third-party.

Provision of Personal Information to Third-Parties

TNC will properly manage personal information and will not provide it to third-parties except in the following cases or with the consent of the individual concerned.

The following persons do not fall under the definition of "third-party" as set forth in this section.

  • When personal information to be used jointly with a specific third-party is provided to the third-party, and the fact that such personal information is provided, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of the joint users, the purpose of use, and the name and address of the person responsible for managing said personal information, and in the case of a corporation, the name of its representative, are notified to the person in advance or are made readily available to the person.
